 Maintenance is always a challenge, while
replacing the marine plywood of ten years that
had softened with the rains on the front of the
school we found a main support post hollowed
out by termites and needing replacement.
The village water system is suffering
from
breaks and leaks so a review of all 6 community
taps and 8 households directly supplied is being
carried along with a drainage review for the
likes of mosquitoes and dengue.
A few holes on the roof are now covered over
so we hope we are ready for the rains.
